At the CIMS booth, we will be showcasing our advanced Galaxy 5Cx AOI system. The Galaxy 5Cx is capable of inspecting highly complex IC substrates down to 5-micron line/space.

We will also be demonstrating our AIVS, an AI-based Virtual Verification System, which leverages sophisticated image enhancement AI algorithms to boost efficiency of the verification process.
